At CICI SWIM we understand how important it is for your new swimwear to fit just right in order for you to feel and look your best. We therefore are always here to assist if you need guidance or advice, or simply refer to our size guide. We offer returns on all full priced items for Store Credit ONLY received back to us within 14 days of delivery.
In order for a return to be approved the following conditions must be met:
- The item is returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags and hygiene label still attached.
- Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we will refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.
We reserve the right to refuse returns & a store credit on items that have been worn,stained/soiled, laundered or altered in any way. This includes such marks as bodily fluids, deodorant stains & removed/tampered with liners.
SALE / DISCOUNTED ORDERS
- Items marked "Sale" are not eligible for Store Credit or Exchange. Final Sale unless faulty.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
You are responsible for return shipping charges.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
1. To initiate a return, simply download the returns form from here and include in your returning parcel.
2. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as we will not accept any items returned worn or damaged in any way.
3. Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the form. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.We will not be held liable for the loss of garments being returned.
4. Once we receive your return, we will email you to confirm your store credit that will be in the form of a gift card which can be used store wide within 12 months.
(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned)
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM AND EXCHANGE IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items - you'll automatically be issued a store credit for any returned items. If you want a different size or colour, or you want a different item, you'll need to place a new order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. We try our best to reply with your Returns within 48 hours.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged suit, or have a
manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately with a photo so we can assess the issue & establish a mutual happy outcome.
